Our engineering support comes across different varieties such as concept & collaboration, concept draft, 3D model, design adjustments, mold development and more. With our production expertise, rest assured that all custom parts are well-designed with guaranteed high quality and durability.

Concept and Collaboration We can collaborate with the customers to create a new product concept or 3D CAD drawing. From early production stages such as designing, Macrohard can provide optimized solutions. We have expert tpe and silicone engineers to understand the customers’ needs that fit the applications.

3D Model and Concept Draft, Macrohard will create 3D files after communication with the clients. We will send the final designs through 3D or 2D CAD modeling so the customer can review and check for revision.

Design Review and Adjustments, Macrohard will follow the customers feedback and do changes according to the customers’ requirement, and send new 3D files for confirmation.

After 3D files confirmed, 3D prints will be made in one week and be sent to customers, to make the final design confirmation with real object.

Mold design: our molding engineer will analysis the 3D file and find the best way to create production mold, to ensure smooth production and high product quality.
